When configured, correctly, Thanx Ordering will automatically sync with your Toast setup to make enabling online ordering a snap. Below are guides that, when followed in the order listed, will result in a Thanx Ordering experience fully integrated with your Toast POS.
NOTE: Launching Thanx Ordering also requires brand assets like logo and hero images as well as colors. Work with your Thanx CSM to confirm these assets.
BEFORE YOU START
NOTE: Some of the below articles include instructions for merchants with the Toast Enterprise Module. If you do not currently have access to configuring discounts or other items below at the level of your Toast restaurant group, then you will need to repeat the configuration instructions for each location individually.
Contact your CSM for the following:
Set up your Stripe account(s)
to create a Stripe account (you can use as many Stripe accounts as you want, but only one per location) you must request Stripe links from your CSM. If you are creating a Stripe account per location, you will need to send Thanx a list of locations with their corresponding Stripe IDs.
