How do I change my profile information?
To change your profile information, click on your name in the top right corner of your Thanx dashboard and select "Edit Profile". From there you can edit your profile (name, title, phone number, email, and email preferences).
How do I change my password?
To change your password information, click on your name in the top right corner of your Thanx dashboard and select "Change Password". From there you can update your password.
How do I manage my employees’ access to the dashboard?
To manage your employees’ view of the dashboard, go to Setup > Dashboard Access.
To add someone new, click the ‘Invite Someone’ button in the top right corner of the page.
Type in their email and select the locations that the user should have access to and click "Send invitation".
The newly invited user will receive an email with a link to create an account with Thanx.
How can I monitor staff training on Thanx?
Go to Setup > Training in your Thanx dashboard. You can see which managers and staff members have completed your training by clicking on the location links.

How can I invite new employees to Thanx training?
From within "Training" select "About the Thanx Training Center". From there, you will see a pop-up with the below information including a sample email and a unique link that can be used to access your specific training center. Share the link with your staff and encourage them to take advantage of the training program.
How do I view a customer’s profile?
To find a particular customer, go to Insights > All Members in your Thanx Dashboard and enter the member identifier in the top right-hand corner. You can search by member ID or the information your customer has provided to you (email or phone number). Once you land on the customer’s profile, you can select tabs to view details about the customer include what segments they fall into, their purchase activity, their rewards, any feedback they have provided, and to grant a spot reward if desired.
How do I see how many rewards have been redeemed?
To view redeemed rewards, go to Setup > Rewards Accounting in your Thanx Dashboard. Adjust the calendar on the top right-hand corners of the page to the timeframe in question. You will then be able to see a total of the rewards redeemed as well as a breakdown for redemption by locations.
How do I enable Reputation Manager?
In your merchant dashboard, Go to the automated campaigns page and scroll all the way down. You will see the option for Reputation Manager. NOTE: if you see a message that the feature needs to be enabled, please contact your CSM.
