In order for online ordering to work, you need to set up the hours during which you want to accept orders. Usually merchants keep these hours the same as their store hours.

To configure your online ordering schedule, log into the Toast dashboard and click on Home on the top left. Once on the home page, you will see the section below.

To enable Online Ordering, click "On" next to the "Snooze" button.

Next, you need to configure the hours. To do this, click on the calendar icon on the left of the "Off" button. This will take you to a page that looks like the one below.

Edit the page above to update the hours for each day. Once done, hit the "Save" button on the top right. Note that you need to "publish" these hours after saving them for them to take effect. After hitting save, you will see a green banner (screenshot below) on the top of the page. Click "Publish Now".
